Similar to bocconcini, but a unique knot shape, gives a nicer texture and ability to expose more surface with about the same volume.

With a unique knot shape, Nodini mozzarella is ideal for snacks, cocktails, finger food recipes, parties, and so on. It exposes a bigger surface at the about the same volume, giving to olive oil or other dressings the ability to gently and voluptuously wrap it completely.

In 2013 Il Casaro has won the Gold Medal for the Langham Champion Fresh Unripened Cheese with "Mozzarella Nodino".
